In Javier's case, his main concern was correcting his malocclusion so that his teeth fit properly. After his orthodontic preparation and his bimaxillary surgery with Prof. Hernandez Alfaro, Javier's malocclusion has disappeared and his features are much better balanced, with a very natural change: greater mandibular definition and an apparent reduction in the size of the nose due to correct placement of the maxilla.
